I started this business because I experienced a huge need in just about every place I worked from large hospital organizations to physician practices. I’ve sat through meetings that could have been emails or 75% shorter, I’ve witnessed countless interactions that would have had better outcomes with intentional communication, and have left jobs due to cycles of chaos. I work with clients who see the value in investing in their communication culture and are ready to help themselves and their team make changes for the better. My passion is bringing clarity to the chaos. I am starting a communication revolution, a cultural paradigm shift that creates effective discourse leading to synergistic workplaces and ultimately improved monetary, clinical, and personnel outcomes. Amy brings over 25 years of experience in corporate communications spanning healthcare accounting, finance, recruiting, and clinical work. She found early on that she actually enjoyed sitting through meetings as they offered valuable insight on her managers’ and co-workers' communication styles that enabled her to establish and maintain clear communication up and down the line.
She specializes in holistic, issue focused solutions that integrate with your corporate and individual goals. With her unique expertise in both corporate and clinical settings she has used her skills to bridge gaps between accounting and department managers, help upper management make friends with finance, match the best candidates with hiring managers, and clinical staff navigate conversations with management and each other.
