When you get back to your desk you check through email, mostly status follow ups but there is a very long and winding one from Steve who is in a satellite clinic. You decide to phone him to fully understand what it is he is asking for and within 5 minutes you have a very clear picture, back and forth email on this could have gone well into tomorrow. As you wind up the day you feel grateful that the day turned out pretty decent considering how it started.
