Let's be honest, change is hard, especially with adopting new communication culture. This is why I work very closely with my clients to achieve their goals and create intentional space for mastering.

I construct a roadmap unique for each client following careful evaluation and discussion of goals. I work with my clients through every step of the process in person and remotely as mutually scheduled. All packages include follow up.
Individual Offerings
I offer a variety of options for the ready individual ranging from emergency guidance, to polished job interviews, to promotion material, to getting you comfortable in the C-suite
SOS
5 hours of 1 on 1 time over 1-2 weeks. This is ideal for damage control, wage negotiation prep, pre interview polishing.
Promotion
This is ideal for the professional who would like to take their communication skills to the next level and refine their current ones. 12 weeks with weekly 1 hour sessions and follow up at 30 and 90 days.
ELITE
This is a commitment for those who feel they need a new toolbox of skills to match with recent promotion, career change, or to excel towards the next step in their professional path. 12 weeks with twice weekly 1 hour sessions.
HOURLY
I'm available on hourly basis for established clients and those with a singular area of focus.

This is a month to month engagement that is less structured and focused on the client who has time constraints or irregular hours, prefers a more casual approach or gradual ramp up. This includes up to 20 hours per month M-Sa 8-8.
R2
This is a month to month engagement that is less structured and focused on the client who has time constraints, prefers a more casual approach or gradual ramp up. This is also ideal for the client who has a smaller team or needs a more compartmentalized process. This includes up to 20 hours per month M-F 8-5.
FLOW
This provides your team with a dedicated and scheduled 12 weeks to include evaluation and assessment, plan creation, plan review, plan implementation, wrap up, and follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days
HOURLY
I'm available on an hourly basis for established clients who may need additional follow up, help with onboarding new employees to the communication culture, or working with HR. Also, ideal for the client who would prefer a workshop approach to team skill acquisition.
